Prefabricated stainless steel
This is where GPTECH started. Twenty years of stainless steel valve and pipe fabrication for semiconductor and high-purity service, now aimed at data centre liquid cooling: pipework cut, welded, polished, cleaned and pressure-tested in the plant, then delivered to site as numbered spools that bolt together in hours instead of weeks.

Prefabricated off-site
Spools are cut, welded and tested in the plant. Site work becomes assembly, not fabrication.

Orbital welded, EP finished
Polysoude and Orbitalum automatic welders; high-precision electrolytic polishing for internal cleanliness.

Seven connection methods
Double crimping, threaded, quick, groove, flange, butt weld and socket weld.

100 % pressure tested
Every spool is helium leak or hydrostatically tested before it leaves the factory.
